To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase (or delivery) directly to the store where it was purchased or via post unused along with user manual and proof of purchase included in its original packaging (box) all without damage. Please keep in mind that this regulation does not apply to damages from mishandling or considered fault of consumers based on consumer dispute settlement reference.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that this product is manufactured under strict quality control and inspection processes and in case of any manufacturing defects or product issues occurring under the normal use, we warrant our goods as follows:
1 Year Limited Warranty
This product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, either refurbished or non-refurbished. However, additional cost for module replacement may arise in such cases.
Please include your proof of purchase or receipt for warranty validation. For pre-ordered product(s), warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
Exchange (Size, color, quality defect)

If you change your mind about the item(including changing shoe size), you will be responsible for international shipping cost.
If it's international shipping, it will be cost about $60 (From your country to Korea and from Korea to your Country)

If you change your mind about the item, you will be responsible for international shipping cost for refunding.

Damage Compensation Regulations
For damage compensation or repair, please call our customer service (+82-2-552-0815, Available EST 8:00PM to 5:30AM) or email cs@saltedventure.com for guidance on the process. Product(s) that has been used, damaged due to mishandling, or past its limited warranty period (1 year) is not subject to any warranty or compensation, but can be repaired at the cost of individual’s own expense.
